Tennessee Notary Package
Our basic Tennessee Notary package includes your state-required notary bond, a round self-inking notary stamp in your choice of three colors, and a notary certificate suitable for framing.
The State of Tennessee does not provide the notary bond. However, all Tennessee Notaries must obtain a notary application from their local County Clerk's office. Just remember: If you don't have a bond before you start the application, the application will become rather difficult. That's why we recommend you purchase a bond through Notaries.com before applying.
When you are ready to submit your notary application to the state, you will have to pay a $12 state filing fee. You can pay for the state filing fee by money order, check or credit card. The County Clerk website charges an additional processing fee if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card.
