South Dakota Notary Package
Our comprehensive South Dakota Notary package includes your state-required $5,000 notary bond, a record keeping journal, a self-inking notary stamp (in your choice of 12 colors) and a frameable notary certificate.
Surety Bond: The South Dakota Secretary of State requires all notaries to have a $5,000 surety bond. That’s why we include the bond in our all-in-one notary package. Remember, you must sign your surety bond before sending it to the state. Use the exact name you want to appear on your official seal of office and make sure the names on your bond and application are identical.
Notary Seal: Before starting your state application, you need a notary stamp with your custom notary seal. Our notary package includes a stamp that meets or exceeds the state’s specifications. The name you use when you purchase our notary package is the name that we print on the stamp, so make sure it is the exact same name you will use on your notary application.
Filing Fee: The Secretary of State charges a $30 filing fee for your state notary application. If you don’t include a check, your application will be rejected.
